Manager: Taxation and Regulatory Reporting Jobs in Sandton, South Africa at Neptune
To manage the Group’s tax compliance, tax reporting and regulatory reporting obligations across South Africa and Namibia. The role includes oversight of income tax, VAT, and tax governance, as well as regulatory submissions to the Prudential Authority (PA), South African Reserve Bank (SARB), South African Revenue Service (SARS) and Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (NAMFISA), including C68, C and QRT returns.
In addition, the role is responsible for supporting and coordinating the Group’s Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) reporting and compliance, including the collation of relevant data, engagement with internal stakeholders, and preparation for annual verification processes.
