Qualifications
First Degree in Business Commerce or Social Sciences
5-7 Years’ experience and knowledge of change management and project management principles, methodologies, and tools
Experience in large-scale organizational change efforts
Experience with managing various stakeholders towards a common goal
Understands the People and Culture environment and its business drivers
