The role is responsible for establishing a Farmer Academy and working collaboratively with the Head forLearning and DevelopmentAcademy and various divisions in the Bank. The responsibilities include:
Engaging subject matter experts internally and externally to source content for the programme.
Developing and designing training curriculum and programs for internal and external use.
Designing and developing blended learning solutions and ad-hoc training programs to address skills required for business.
Monitoring and ensuring that core and mandatory training is successfully completed by participants in the program, leading to theprofessional developmentof employees.
Supporting managers in implementing and effecting learning outcomes for the organisation to realize return on investments on the training interventions.
