The Manager: Brand Strategy, Planning & Marketing contributes to the development and drives the implementation of brand strategies, marketing plans, and campaigns that align with Massmart’s overall business objectives in order to enhance brand equity, customer engagement and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. This role is also expected to collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging with Massmart’s customer value propositions.

Requirements:
Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications and Experience required for this position.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Communications / Business Administration related qualification.
Experience:
6+ years of experience in in brand management, marketing strategy, and campaign execution within retail/ FMCG/ eCommerce.
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong background in brand storytelling, customer insights, and performance-driven marketing.
Experience managing vendors, agencies, and sponsorships to drive marketing excellence.
Experience with content marketing, paid media, and digital campaign execution.
