This person will be responsible for optimizing workforce, plant, machinery, and equipment whilst ensuring that the working environment is safe and hygienic.
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Production / Operations Management and or equivalent
Certificate in Bread making / Wheat Milling
Experience managing large capital projects is advantageous
Strongmanagerial and leadershipqualities
5 – 8 years’ experience working within a bread making facility
