Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dependable, Maintenance Technician for a commercial and residential properties in Charlestown and Boston, MA. You will be traveling to Charlestown and Boston on certain days of the week.
Responsibilities include:
– General building maintenance and repair on both our Charlestown and Boston locations
– Painting and drywall repair
– Basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical work
– Moving/transporting materials and equipment
– Responding to maintenance and repair requests
– Maintaining the property in a clean, safe and professional condition
Qualifications:
– Previous building maintenance experience required
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Truck or Van) and proof of insurance
– Knowledge of painting, drywall and basic electrical
– Ability to work independently
– Dependable and professional
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, including ½ hour lunch.
$25.00 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
