Job Summary
This position will work Tuesday – Saturday from 7:30 am -2:00 pm. We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining heavy cleaning, landscaping and all other duties assigned. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of equipment, enhance safety standards, and uphold the highest levels of service quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate company machinery safely for maintenance tasks at various locations while adhering to all safety standards.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspections completed for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders, improve maintenance procedures, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company machinery safely in various environments.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Leadership qualities that support training or mentoring less experienced technicians are a plus.
