Duties
Oversee and ensure all company assets are in optimal condition.
Assist the Maintenance Manager with ongoing projects and department financials.
Conduct inspections to ensure high standards of work quality.
Manage and implement health and safety policies across the department.
Occasionally assist with other tasks in the company, including deliveries and security.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years in the maintenance field.
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
3 years of experience in health and safety management.
Strong project management and team leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of electrical systems is essential.
