Job Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Lead to supervise, control, coordinate, and oversee the maintenance staff engaged in renovation, refurbishing, repairs, and maintenance of the resort’s structures, buildings, and amenities. The role requires ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and collaborating with the security manager as part of the Health & Safety committee. Additionally, the person will supervise the environmental committee to achieve the required SEMP scores.

Matric Certificate
3-5 years’ relevant maintenance experience
1-2 years’ experience coordinating independent projects or tasks
5 years in building/trade environment
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and bricklaying
