We are currently seeking a reliable maintenance person to maintain our property and surrounding landscaping. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is a team player and excels at managing their own time.
The primary job duties include:
– Heavy landscaping and property maintenance
– Janitorial duties and painting
– Regular maintenance of equipment
– Pressure washing
– Managing vendor communication and appointment scheduling
Requirements:
– Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds or more
Must be able to pass a background check
Pay: $40,000.00 per year
