Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Any tertiary qualification preferably with electrical and mechanical subjects
• Food safety and HACCP training
• A valid driver’s license
• 3-5 years‘ management experience in the food manufacturing industry
• An ability to manage staff, work activities and resources
• An attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A hight stress tolerance
• The ability to take the initiative
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control and sensitive to production costs
