In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities. You will work closely with our clients to identify maintenance needs, develop maintenance plans, and ensure the proper functioning of all machinery and systems.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential issues
Develop and implement proactive maintenance plans and schedules
Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
Coordinate and manage external contractors for repairs and servicing
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
Monitor equipment performance and propose improvements or modifications as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Experience with maintenance management software
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license
