Job Summary:
A Maintenance Coordinator performs, plans, directs, coordinates and controls all maintenance requests in the area of responsibility to ensure proper Operation, Safety, Sanitation and other functions to facilitate customer satisfaction
Duties/Responsibilities:
Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities and process work assignments.
Fields support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from Store with inquiries
Consults with Store to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.
Guide Store through the diagnostic and troubleshooting processes
Communicate directly with service providers, vendors, and maintenance contractors to schedule repairs, servicing, preventive maintenance, and other projects
Maintaining all records and logs daily including ticket/vendor follow ups
Evaluation of quotes from service providers to determine suitability, accuracy and fairness
Assist with invoice loading, tracking and approval

Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and service providers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of technical subjects
