Job Summary
Integrated Fabrication & Machine is currently seeking a machine programmer responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs to produce high-quality parts efficiently and safely. This role works closely with engineering and machine operators to ensure programs meet production and quality requirements. . This is an exciting position for a person looking for a career in a growing steel fabrication environment.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for lathes and mills.
- Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings
- Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies for efficient production
- Perform test runs and troubleshoot programs at the machine
- Improve cycle times and reduce scrap through continuous process improvements
- Work with operators to resolve machining issues and provide technical support
- Maintain program documentation and revision control
- Collaborate with engineering to meet part specifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
- 3+ years CNC programming experience preferred
