Machine Operator needed for 1st or 2nd shift Jobs in Attleboro, MA at Personnel People
Looking to fill two positions for entry level machine operators on firstand second shift.
Responsibilities
- Operate manual and automated machines
- Run production jobs and make adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances and specifications
- Load and unload parts and materials
- Setup and operating equipment that cleans grease, scale, dirt and other materials from metal parts
- Preparing the parts for other processes
- Setting up and operating heat treat furnaces on different parts
- Working with spin dryer, washer/deburrer, nitrogen heat treat oven, air heat treat oven
- Drain, clean and refill tanks with the proper chemicals
- Monitor machine performance and adjust equipment to maintain quality standards
- Operate multiple machines simultaneously
- Complete production and inspection paperwork accurately
- Follow safety and quality procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Experience with automation and manual machines preferred
- Manufacturing or product specification experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening, this includes testing negative for marijuana
Schedules
First Shift -Monday through Friday -7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Or
Second Shift – Monday through Thursday -3:30pm – 2:00am
Or
Training on first shift for a couple of weeks – Monday through Friday – 5:45am to 2:15pm
Then regular hours will be Monday through Friday 1:45pm to 10:15pm
Pay $20.00 an hour depending on experience
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
