Job Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Previous experience as a Car Rental Agent is essential
- Experience with in a premium or luxury rental environment will be highly advantageous
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong sales ability with experience in upselling premium products and services
- Professional presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Computer literate with experience using rental management systems
- Valid driver’s licence (essential)
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
- Clear criminal record and sober habits
