At South Shore Plaza (Braintree, MA), we’re hiring 1 Full-Time and 1 Part-Time Store Associate to grow a flagship-level customer experience.
What it feels like to work here
Picture this: you start your shift, lights warm up over pastel displays, a new book-nook scene is glowing on the shelf, and the first guest says “OMG, that is so cute!”
You’re part of a friendly, hands-on, “studio-meets-retail” team: recommending kits, sharing build tips, celebrating tiny wins (literally), and making the store an oasis of calm + creativity on busy mall days.
Your Impact
- Create wow moments for every guest: welcome, discover needs, recommend the right kit/gift, and celebrate their choice.
- Make the store shine: refresh displays, set new arrivals, keep the space tidy and photo-ready.
- Be a mini-maker guide: explain difficulty levels, build time, and what’s inside each kit; share simple “build hacks” for first-timers.
- Keep things flowing: POS checkout that feels friendly, basic stock checks, receive/replenish shipments.
You’ll thrive if you…

- Are dependable (on-time, accountable, team-first).
- Can work a flexible schedule (weekdays/weekends/holidays).
- Enjoy DIY/crafts/collectibles — or are excited to learn fast.
Retail/visual merchandising experience is a plus, not a must.
Growth Path
