The company designs, manufactures, and sells it’s own premium adventure products—directly to consumers worldwide. Its supply chain spans China, France, the UK, Canada, the US, and Australia, with logistics at the heart of its operations.
The Role
The Logistics Coordinator will play a vital role in tracking and coordinating global shipments, ensuring seamless inventory flow across the supply chain.
You’ll be responsible for:
Track and coordinate shipments from China to 3PL hubs and customer markets.
Maintain real-time communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners.
Monitor delivery timelines and proactively address potential delays.
Assist with customs documentation and compliance as needed.
Support the Inventory Manager in tracking inbound goods and managing warehouse communications.
Ensure accurate shipment records and logs are maintained within internal systems.
Analyse shipping data and provide recommendations for improving speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, customer service, operations) to provide real-time shipment updates.
Handle operational tasks such as packaging adjustments, relabeling, and minor 3PL troubleshooting.
Prepare regular performance summaries, including delivery timelines, freight expenses, and issue resolution reports.
The Person
Background in logistics, supply chain management, or operations support (preferably in e-commerce).
Understanding of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and global supply chains.
Highly organised and detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage complex logistics operations.
Strong communicator who can effectively liaise with global suppliers, shippers, and internal teams.
A problem-solver who can proactively identify and resolve logistical challenges.
Experience with international shipping, ocean freight, or 3PL logistics is a strong advantage.
Adaptable to new systems, software, and tools for tracking shipments and analysing logistics data.

Supplier and 3PL Coordination – Keep freight, warehousing, and delivery partners aligned.
Logistics Accuracy – Maintain clean records and systems to support smooth inventory and fulfilment.
