Lodge Anchor / Front of House – Sabi Sands
Salary: R10,000 – R15,000 (Negotiable DOE)

Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Lodge Anchor / Front of House for a luxury game lodge based in the exclusive Sabi Sands Reserve. This role is ideal for a professional and guest-focused individual with a passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to work in a remote bush environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Hosting guests throughout their stay, ensuring an exceptional guest experience
Managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Handling basic administrative tasks and lodge correspondence
Assisting with stock control and ordering as needed
Supporting the daily front of house operations and liaising with other departments
Upholding the lodge’s high standards of service and presentation
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar front of house or lodge anchor role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Computer literacy (knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to live and work in a remote, bush-based location
