Loading Supervisor Jobs in White River at Christie Group
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Loading Supervisor to lead and oversee the loading operations at our warehouse.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all outbound shipments are loaded accurately, safely, and on time, supporting smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise the loading team to ensure accurate and efficient vehicle loading.
· Verify trip sheets, delivery notes, and picking documentation prior to loading.
· Ensure compliance with loading sequences, weight distribution, and product integrity.
· Coordinate with Dispatch and Inventory teams to manage loading schedules.
· Inspect pallets and loads for damage, accuracy, and load stability.
· Manage dock allocations and loading bay activities.
· Monitor team performance and enforce health & safety protocols.
· Track and report on loading productivity, errors, and delays.
· Identify and resolve loading discrepancies or issues in real-time.
· Maintain loading equipment and area cleanliness to ensure operational readiness.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of outbound and loading procedures.
Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Understanding of vehicle load limits, palletization, and dispatch processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and shifts when required.
