Our client, a well-established law firm based in Roodepoort, is currently seeking a candidate for a dual role in Litigation and Conveyancing. The ideal candidate will possess conveyancing experience, including litigation on conveyancing matters
Salary: R42 000 – R60 000 CTC per month
Minimum requirements:
LLB
Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 10 years’ experience
Strong track record in litigating conveyancing-related disputes
Ability to handle property transfers and all related conveyancing tasks
Proven experience in conveyancing transactions
Manage matters independently from start to finish
Excellent problem solving skills
Provide legal advice to clients on property law matters
Liaise with clients, banks, and the Deeds Office
