Key Responsibilities:
Product Display & Layout: Design and implement visually appealing product displays and store layouts to attract customers and enhance their shopping experience.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels to ensure products are available and well-presented, coordinating with suppliers and warehouse teams as needed.
Sales Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends and adjust product placement and stock levels accordingly.
Promotional Activities: Assist in planning and executing promotional displays and seasonal setups to drive sales.
Collaboration: Work closely with store management and other team members to ensure consistent merchandising standards.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in retail merchandising or a related field is advantageous.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organisational skills. Ability to analyse sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Attributes: Proactive, results-driven, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work flexible hours as required.
