We are looking for a Line Cook to fulfill an evening role, full time.

Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and safety guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and food processors safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with food safety management standards
- Assist in menu planning and ingredient preparation to support smooth kitchen operations
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety of all dishes served
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery times
- Support meal preparation for catering events or special functions as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or culinary environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus
- Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and food preparation methods
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and adhering to safety standards in production
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in dish presentation
- Understanding of food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork within the kitchen environment
- Experience with catering or large-scale meal preparation is advantageous
