Position Overview
Beacon & Buoy is seeking reliable, team-oriented Kitchen Team Members to join our hybrid kitchen. This role blends line cooking & prep for evening dinner service.
We’re building a team that values professionalism, efficiency, and pride in the work—where everyone contributes to the overall success of the kitchen.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and execute menu items to Chef’s standards
- Assist with daily prep, station setup, and breakdown
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
- Support teammates across all areas of the kitchen as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
