Role Description
The Licensed Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions.
The agent will also be responsible for:
Negotiating deals
Preparing necessary paperwork
Staying informed about real estate laws and regulations
Qualifications
Possession of a valid FFCC
Customer Service and Sales skills
Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Familiarity with the local real estate market in Cape Town Northern Suburbs is beneficial
Strong organizational and time management skills
