What You’ll Do
As a member of our team, you’ll:
- Combine your expertise with our protocols and approved modalities to create customized sessions for every client.
- Build lasting relationships with members and guests while helping them achieve their wellness goals.
- Deliver an exceptional, safe, and therapeutic experience with every session.
- Perform quality therapeutic bodywork within your scope of practice and Missouri licensing requirements.
- Customize massage services to meet each client’s individual needs.
- Maintain client confidentiality while providing outstanding care.
- Help create a positive, supportive culture by working closely with your teammates.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for therapists who are passionate about helping people feel their best.
Our ideal candidate is:
- A Licensed Massage Therapist who has completed at least 500 hours of massage therapy education and meets Missouri licensing requirements.
- Skilled in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage with a desire to continue learning and growing.
- A strong communicator who builds trust and creates an exceptional client experience.
- Passionate about wellness and helping clients achieve their goals.
- Dependable, professional, and a great teammate.
