Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Level 3 Information Technology Engineer located in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The Information Technology Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, ensuring network security, and managing networking systems. Must have own car and valid drivers license.
Qualifications
Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
Experience in Information Technology and Networking
Knowledge of Network Security
Certifications in relevant IT fields
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience in the IT services industry is a plus
