We are seeking a Level 1 IT Technician to join their team. This role involves providing technical support for a variety of systems, ensuring users can access and utilize tools effectively. The position focuses on troubleshooting, managing user access, and handling system integrations. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal IT departments to ensure seamless system operations and timely resolution of technical issues.
NOTE:
Working Hours: This role requires you to work USA hours (EST), Mon – Fri, from 9:00am to 6:00pm EST time (3pm to midnight South African time. NOTE: These hours are subject to change depending on daylight savings and/or the operational requirements of the company.
Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.
Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.

Requirements
Experience:
Previous IT support experience, especially with systems such as Sunwave, CTM, and Care Intake
Knowledge of system integrations (Medic, HCS, ObserveSmart) is a plus
Communication & Skills:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic troubleshooting processes
Critical Thinking:
Ability to handle high call volumes while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Proactive approach to troubleshooting and process improvement
