Provide basic technical support and assistance to end-users or clients in an on-site.

Requirements:
Relevant IT qualification .
Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software components.
Familiarity with common operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux).
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., IP addresses, DNS, DHCP).
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Provide basic technical support and assistance to end-users or clients in an on-site.
