FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Establish cooperative customer relationships with stakeholders internally and externally
Ensure stakeholder satisfaction
Represent the Head: Legal Services on various committees
INTERNAL PROCESSES
COMMERCIAL & CONTRACTUAL SUPPORT
Formulation of operational business plan
Formulation of legal policies, guidelines, frameworks, and business processes
Review of Standard Operating Procedures
Monitoring of turnaround times
Legal contract drafting
Due diligence on projects
Drafting legal opinions
Risk management
Quality assurance of work
Compliance with legislation and policies
Governance and compliance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law (e.g. LLB, Bproc, Biuris or related)
Admission as an Attorney or Advocate
Seven (7) years’ post admission
In addition to the above, two (2) years’ experience in a commercial or intellectual property environment and/or prior exposure to the technology innovation environment.
