This role is squarely focused on Learning & Development execution. It is not an HR Manager or HR Business Partner role. The business is looking for a solid, hands‑on L&D specialist who can implement, coordinate, track, and embed learning initiatives that directly support performance, leadership readiness, and long‑term capability.

- Benefits: 2 × annual bonuses + excellent corporate benefits
- Industry: iGaming (Corporate Technology Environment)
- Company Size: 2,000+ employees
Role Overview
This is a delivery‑driven L&D role operating within a structured corporate environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing learning programmes, enabling leadership development, supporting succession readiness, and ensuring accurate learning and development tracking.
The emphasis is on practical delivery, consistency, data integrity, and impact, rather than theory or high‑level design alone.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development Delivery
- Execute the organisation’s Learning & Development initiatives across leadership, technical, and professional capability areas.
- Coordinate learning programmes, facilitators, and external training providers to ensure quality delivery and alignment to business needs.
- Facilitate and support learning interventions, workshops, and development programmes where required.
- Monitor learning effectiveness and ensure development initiatives support performance outcomes.
Succession & Capability Development
- Support succession planning through the identification and development of critical skills and future leadership capability.
- Assist in tracking high‑potential talent development and readiness for key roles.
- Maintain accurate development plans and learning pathways aligned to succession priorities.
Study Assistance & Learning Administration
- Manage the study assistance and bursary process, including applications, approvals, and adherence to policy.
- Ensure learning records, attendance, and completion data are accurately captured within the LMS and HR systems.
Performance Enablement Support
- Support learning inputs into the performance management cycle, ensuring development activity aligns to performance outcomes.
- Assist with the maintenance of performance and development data within HR systems.
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Track and analyse learning and development data to identify trends, gaps, and risks.
- Produce structured L&D reports and insights to support leadership decision‑making.
- Support budget tracking and cost effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications Required
- 6–8 years’ hands‑on experience specifically within Learning & Development or talent development.
- Proven experience operating in a large corporate or technology environment (2,000+ employees).
- Solid exposure to succession planning support, leadership development, and capability building.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, or related discipline.
- Strong experience working with Learning Management Systems and HRIS platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or similar tools advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to execute, track, and embed learning programmes at scale.
Ideal Profile
This role suits a strong, hands‑on Learning & Development Specialist who enjoys being close to delivery and driving real capability outcomes. You are structured, delivery‑focused, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced corporate technology environment.
You value clarity, consistency, and disciplined execution, and you understand that effective learning and succession readiness come from practical implementation, not just strategy on paper.
