Senior Learning & Development Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Learning & Development Manager to lead the strategic direction of learning and development across multiple campaigns, ensuring our people have the skills, knowledge, and support needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement L&D strategies that drive business performance
✅ Lead and develop a team of 10+ L&D professionals
✅ Partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver learning solutions
✅ Manage training budgets, programmes, and resources
✅ Drive leadership development, succession planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Oversee training transitions for new clients and campaigns
✅ Ensure compliance, reporting, and quality standards are maintained
Requirements:
✔ Grade 12 qualification
✔National Diploma in Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices, or equivalent – Desirable
Experience:
✔ Min 5 + years management experience within Learning and Development – (Non-negotiable)
L&D People Development Skills – (Essential)
✔ BPO / Call Center experience – (Desirable)
✔ Experience across the full learning and development lifecycle
✔ Strong coaching, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Intermediate MS Office proficiency
✔ Qualification in Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices or equivalent will be advantageous.
