Kiddie Academy of Farmingdale is looking for a Lead Teacher in our preschool classroom.

Individual MUST have an CDA / Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field to be a Lead Teacher.
Year round Position. Immediate Start
Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm / Paid Vacation/Sick Time/Holidays
MUST have previous experience working with children.
Must be a Team Player.
General Duties:
– Responsible for the welfare, health and safety of the children in your classroom
– Responsible for daily attendance records
– Potty Training
– Training and constructive utilization of assigned staff members
– Maintaining a clean and well organized classroom
– Providing the children with proper developmental activities
– Encouraging creative and constructive use of materials in classroom
– Uphold Center quality standards
– Follow all safety and health rules – Keep the environment safe, clean and attractive.
– Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
