Position Overview
The Restoration Tech will be responsible for responding to residential and commercial property damage caused by fire, water, mold or other disasters. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform Water, Fire, and Mold Damage Mitigation Services
· Extract Water and Remove Damaged Materials
· Perform Demolition and Site Cleanup as Needed
· Document Entire Job Process in Job Tracking Platform with Photos and Notes to ensure seamless estimating process
· Follow Safety Protocols and Company Procedures
· Collaborate on project planning and execution.
· Provide Professional and Respectful Customer Service to Costumers
· Participate in On-Call Rotation (when necessary)
· Work with Warehouse Manager to maintain proper job site supplies
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
· Ability to Life 50+ lbs. and Perform Physical Labor
· Comfortable working in Emergency Situations
· Strong Work Ethic and Positive Attitude
· Experience in Restoration or Construction is a plus (but not required)
· Familiarity with Encircle is a plus (but not required)
· IICRC Certifications a plus or willingness to obtain
