Join our dynamic team as a Lead Mitigation Technician/Project Manager, where you will spearhead mitigation and restoration projects to help clients recover from water, fire, mold, and other property damages. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of skilled technicians, coordinate emergency response efforts, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Your expertise will be vital in delivering exceptional service while maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities
- Lead mitigation and restoration projects, including water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and flood restoration efforts.
- Oversee on-site operations, ensuring all work complies with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Coordinate emergency response readiness to quickly mobilize resources during urgent incidents.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications to ensure timely and satisfactory project completion.
- Operate company vehicles and a variety of power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment such as Xactimate for estimating damages.
- Supervise team members in proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and respiratory protection to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning and debris removal while adhering to safety procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the restoration industry with knowledge of water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement.
- Strong construction background with familiarity in using hand tools, power tools, and other restoration equipment.
- Ability to operate company vehicles safely and confidently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions.
- Demonstrated emergency response readiness with the ability to handle on-call coverage for urgent situations.
- Knowledge of safety protocol adherence including respiratory protection and PPE use during all phases of work.
- Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
