The
purpose
of this role is to be the technical lead of the Building Services engineering design team to ensure we achieve our project deliverables. If you are in a similar role or feel you have the relevant experience please

. Location The role is based in Ireland and the successful hire will be supported with the work permit application and relocation provided.
Hybrid Working We currently work a hybrid model with a mixture of both office for 2/3 days and home/
remote working
. Responsibilities Here’s an example of some of the day to day responsibilities. Developing
innovative design
solutions for new projects. Interfacing with client design team/end user Lead Technical and Safety reviews Design of Building services engineering design – lead the preparation of AFDs, P&IDs, and equipment sizing calculations.
Managing people in the execution of the project life cycle Overseeing HVAC system BIM modelling progress by your team Planning resources, measuring and reporting of progress of resources against agreed deliverables Estimating resource requirements for projects through the life cycle Delivery of agreed design scope within budget hours and schedule Qualifications You will have Degree in Building services or Mechanical Engineering (Level
8) Significant design experience in the pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical or Chemical industry. Led teams, investing time in coaching and developing future leaders. Strong design experience of Utilities; including Steam, LPHW, CHW, Ability to work and guide teams is essential
