Key requirements

At least 3 years of experience in a management role

Marketing qualification

Strong understanding of current online lead generation concepts, strategy and best practice

Understanding the CRM, how leads are nurtured, engaged and secured

Data and analytics monitoring for lead management success and effective budget management

Deadline driven-ability to meet targets

MS office suite, CRM and platform management

Key responsibilities

Capture and allocate leads on CRM upon first contact

Crosscheck leads integrating to CRM and allocation according to sales manager’s report on sales team’s strong points

Follow up on leads about ongoing preferences

Attend and analyze incoming and outgoing lead calls to provide proactive ways to improve the service

Create and amend all copy on all communication going out to clients (CRM SMSs, emails from sales department for a more effective and professional customer interaction

Balance lead nurturing to keep customers interested and loyal

Build and categorize lead report as enquiries, status, quality to better and strengthen the follow up strategy (SMS and email campaigns)

Lead generation aligned to sales targets for the quarter

Lead generation tracking across all social media and other platforms

Develop and maintain key account relationship with platforms and external service providers together with the marketing management team
