Role Overview : As the Lead HSSE Specialist ( Assurance and Risk) , you will spearhead our clients’ global safety initiatives, focusing on cultivating a culture of safety and compliance across international operations. This role is central to enhancing safety practices and ensuring adherence to global standards.
Responsibilities :
Lead the development and implementation of safety culture strategies.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify safety improvements.
Collaborate with global teams to align safety practices with industry benchmarks.
Report on safety performance to senior management.
Qualifications :
10+ years in HSSE roles within industries like Oil & Gas or Energy.
Expertise in HSSE Management Systems and international safety standards.
Relevant degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Science.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Strong ISO Qualifications and background
