TMR Agility Telecommunications is a dynamic UK-based telecommunications company dedicated to providing top-tier solutions for businesses across various industries. We specialize in delivering innovativecommunication services that keep companies connected and productive. As we expand, we’re looking to build a team of motivated LEAD GENERATOR/Appointment Setter from South Africa to join our remote team.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated LEAD GENERATOR/Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You will play a critical role in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This is an ideal position for individuals who are results-driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a growing, international telecoms business.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify leads through research, databases, and cold outreach.
Make outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage with potential clients.
Qualify leads and assess business needs to ensure a good fit for Agility’s telecom solutions.
Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to arrange meetings for the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales team to build a robust pipeline and ensure smooth handovers.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track progress, and report on weekly goals.
What We’re Looking For:
PROVEN EXPERIENCE as an appointment setter, Lead generator, SDR or in a similar outbound sales role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to build rapport quickly over phone and email.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms (experience with Zoho, Lusha or Instantly is a plus).
A results-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejections and keep pushing forward.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
