Remote Sales & Lead Generation Executive (South Africa-Based)

Monthly Salary: R18,000 – R24,000 (based on experience)

We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded individual with strong attention to detail and a proven track record in B2B sales or lead generation to join our ambitious team at Unstuck Agency.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit team of eight, working remotely across the UK and South Africa, selling Unstuck’s lead generation services directly to PR, marketing and professional services businesses.

We’re currently hiring for two roles: a Lead Generator and an Account Manager.

Lead Generator:

Responsible for top-of-funnel outreach, including researching prospects, initiating first contact, and qualifying leads. This role focuses on identifying opportunities and generating conversations that open doors for new business.

Account Manager:

Responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing campaign delivery, and ensuring clients achieve strong results. This role focuses on communication, strategic coordination, and maintaining long-term client satisfaction and retention.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prospect, qualify, and reach out to agency decision-makers at PR, marketing and professional services businesses based in the UK and the US
  • Work closely with the Founder and wider team to refine our sales approach
  • Support onboarding of new clients and handover to the delivery team
  • Use data and insights to improve outreach and conversion performance
  • Launch and manage outreach campaigns on behalf of clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients

What We Offer:

  • Monthly salary up between R18,000 – R24,000, based on experience
  • Fully remote work environment with a collaborative, supportive team
  • Flexible working hours (start between 9 am and 10 am SAST)

Our 4-Day Week Hybrid Model:

We offer a flexible 4-day week model with a light-touch Friday:

  • Only 65 minutes of work required each Friday (1 hour at 10 AM and 5 minutes at 4 PM)
  • Fridays become full workdays if tasks are behind
  • Available after your first 3 months (onboarding and training period)

Who We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or lead generation roles, with a proven track record of closing deals or generating qualified leads independently
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent entrepreneurial experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
  • Based in South Africa and eager to thrive in a fast-moving start-up environment
