Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Lead Generation Agent to generate high-quality leads for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, building relationships with potential clients, and identifying new business opportunities. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate new leads and business opportunities
– Build relationships with potential clients and identify their needs and pain points
– Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
– Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow up with potential clients, and manage sales pipeline
– Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads
– Provide regular feedback and insights on lead generation efforts
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation
Requirements:
– Matric or equivalent qualification
– 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong research and analytical skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
