We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Advocate to join our team at the Lead Generation Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving escalated client complaints and issues.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing strategies to reduce the frequency of escalations and enhance overall client experience.
Working closely with other departments to identify root causes of complaints and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintaining accurate records of all escalations and resolutions.
Preparing and presenting regular reports on escalation trends and outcomes to senior management.
To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
