Landscaping Crew Member – entry level Jobs in Acton, MA at EcoQuiet Lawn Care
We are an all-electric landscaping company with clients in Concord, Lexington, Newton, and surrounding areas. We specialize in spring/ fall cleanups, mowing, mulching, lawn treatments, and snow removal. We love to promote from within and aim to provide long-term careers to employees, not just jobs. Responsibilities:​
- Mowing (electric zero-turn and push mowers)
- Leaf blowing and removal
- Garden bed weeding
- Transplanting
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- Mulching
- Light masonry
- Snow removal
Requirements:​
- Must reside within reasonable driving distance to Acton, MA.
- Driver’s license required.
- Strong work ethic required.
- 1 year landscaping experience is preferred, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:​​
- $1 raise every 6 months.
- Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) offered after 1 year of employment.
- Paid holidays available after 90 days of employment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
