Dex by Terra is growing, and we’re looking for hardworking, reliable Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join our team. If you take pride in leaving a property looking sharp and enjoy working outdoors with a crew that has your back, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and mulching
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers)
- Load and unload equipment and materials safely
- Follow daily route schedules and complete assigned properties efficiently
- Communicate with your Crew Leader/Foreman about job site issues or client concerns
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and vehicle/trailer
- Represent Dex by Terra professionally on every property
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of previous landscaping experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Reliable transportation to the shop/yard in Hudson, MA
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision
