Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Support field measurements and layout.
· Developing work plans, methods, and procedures to perform surveying tasks.
· Ensuring adherence to safe work practices and proper use of traffic control measures.
· Ensuring instruments are calibrated.
· Conducting surveys to determine precise location and measurement of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction.
· Keeping accurate notes and records.
Requirements:
· Bachelor of science (BSc) degree in surveying or related field.
· Minimum 3 – 5 years’ proven experience in conducting land surveys and using surveying technology with creditable references.
· Registered with SAGC/PLATO.
Skills:
· Self-motivated with excellent time management.
· Numeracy and the ability to make mathematical calculations.
Strong IT skills
