Laminator Operator Jobs in Alberton at Convertacor
JOB PURPOSE
Operates and maintains the Laminator machine. Ensures safe operation of equipment including necessary maintenance and documentation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow Work Order instructions and document all quality control requirements on the order.
Sets up the laminating in line with operational procedures.
Runs the laminator solvent based/solvent free & mon-component.
Serve a relief machine operator at both plants when there is no work on the laminator.
Ensure that all safety checks are maintained during the entire process.
Ensures correct material is collected from the stores.
Ensures that the production area is always kept clean.
Ensures the laminator machine is kept clean, as well as the axillary equipment.
Perform quality control inspections on all laminating processes.
Escalate any deviations to Supervisor.
Perform Line clearance & confirm the conclusion of order through moving items to designated finished goods area.
Works in a cost – effective manner with as little wastage as possible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From R65,00 per hour
