Help Deliver Products Across the Country
Ambient Recruiting is partnering with a growing Northern Michigan fulfillment and logistics company to hire a Kitting & Assembly Associate. In this role, you’ll help prepare, package, and assemble products for businesses across the country, ensuring every order is accurate and ready for shipment.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this position, you’ll:
- Assemble product kits according to work instructions and customer specifications
- Box, package, label, and tag merchandise accurately
- Verify products, quantities, and materials before packaging
- Inspect completed kits for quality, accuracy, and presentation
- Prepare finished orders for shipping and distribution
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workstation
- Assist with warehouse, packaging, and fulfillment tasks as needed
- Follow company quality standards, safety procedures, and work instructions
- Work with your team to meet daily production and shipping goals

Successful candidates typically have:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Comfortable standing and remaining active throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Warehouse, assembly, production, packaging, or fulfillment experience is helpful but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
