Seeking an experienced manager to oversee the daily operations of a production facility, ensuring food quality and production quantities are met. Motivates and cultivates a productive and positive environment.

Must have skills in team management and knowledge of food safety regulations, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Must have kitchen management experience of at least 3 years.

STAFF MANAGEMENT:

Supervise production staff (chefs, bakers, scullery, etc.)
Scheduling and training
Time Management evaluation
Performance reviews and provide feedback

HEALTH & SAFETY:

Ensuring recipe compliance and processes are being followed
Monitoring overall food prep processes
Enforce cleaning and safety processes are met
Maintain cleanliness and food safety processes

BUDGETS:

Monitor budgets and stock control
Stock takes and Stock monitoring
Food cost targets are being met
