They Key Purpose of this role is to set up the Non Alcohol structure within SAB, focusing on both Liquor and Grocer within Key Accounts.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Set up structures with Key Accounts, specifically focusing on getting on shelf availability and visibility
Define Non Alc route to market and build channels
Develop Non Alc trading terms
Create Trade Schemes and Incentives to drive Non Alc buy in
Access and utilize data to Lead and Grow the Category on Non Alc ensuring that SAB is at the forefront of the conversation
Interlink with Key Account Managers on the Liquor side to ensure alignment on terms, spend and ways of working
Work together with Brand teams to develop promotions for Non Alc channel
Work together with Category team to develop category management principles for Non Alc
Develop Execution scorecard for Non Alc
Implement a sales and merchandising force to focus on volume, availability, price compliance and execution in pareto outlets
Minimum Requirements
:
Degree in Business or related field preferred
Minimum 3 years in a sales or marketing related management position (preferably in SAB)
Key Account experience will be preferential
Highly structured
In-depth knowledge of the formal off premise market required
Superior communication skills

Superior conceptual skills
Ability to work with data and turn data into information
Strong project management skills
Attention to detail
Commercial and business acumen
Strong relationship development and collaboration skills
