Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with key accounts.
Generate new business.
Track and report on sales performance.
Develop and implement sales strategies.
Work with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met.
Key Skills:
Experience in managing key account customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to travel as needed.
Qualifications:
BSc Food Science or any other food-related qualification.
MBA – advantageous.
5
-10 years experience in sales within a food manufacturing environment / FMCG.
5 – 10 years of Commercial experience.
5 – 10 years of Butchery Operations knowledge / experience.
Butchery equipment knowledge / experience – advantageous.
5 – 10 years of Meat processing experience.
